HI there.  I believe in providing quality pieces and taking my time in making each piece of work unique and with a personality of it's own.

I believe in total privacy.  The information that is collected on this site is only used in the shipping and billing of the item you have purchased or to respond to any questions you may have.  I do not share or sell any of the private information you give.  Once your item is shipped and you have received it, your information is deleted from my records.

You have two options when making your order.  If you are only ordering one item please choose the "Buy Now" button.  If you are going to be ordering more then one item please choose the "Add to Cart" button.

I only accept payment through paypal at this time.

For custom orders under $40 payment can be made anytime between when the order is made and when the item is finished (usually a 2-3 week period).  Orders that are over $40 I ask that half be paid once a design is agreed upon and the remaining amount plus shipping be paid when the item is finished. 

Most custom orders take about 2-3 weeks to complete.  If your order is larger or there are several orders in front of yours, that time period could be longer.  I will always let you know before payment how long your items will take to complete.

Each piece I ship is wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged securely.  I ship via USPS Priority mail most of the time unless another request is made.  If shipping cost exceeds shipment paid, then your order will be shipped via USPS regular mail.  The items are shipped out within 1-2 business days.

**If the shipping ends up being less then the amount stated above, then the difference, minus $2.00 (USD), will be refunded to you.

Any item can be exchanged for another of the same value on the site within 14 days.    Refunds, minus shipping,  will be given if the item is damaged in shipping.  Please email me to arrange this.

Refunds and exchanges can not be made for custom orders since the client gives the okay on the design before it is shipped and the design can not be resold to another customer.
