If you live on the east coast you know that the weather here has been brutal, with most days being well over 90 degrees.  I was at a show a few weeks ago and felt that I could handle the heat since I would be in the shade.  Well, I was mistaken... hahahaha.  The heat was unbearable!  And it's because of that that I have decided to take a break from outdoor shows... hahahaha :)  But I will be getting back into them come the end of August, beginning of September.

At the last show I did though, a lot of people asked me how I came up with my shop name of Laughing Taffy Designs, so I thought I would post a pic of my lovable cat Taffy.  Taffy is always happy, playful and seems to be smiling constantly, which is what I hope my pieces embody.  So without further ado, here's Taffy...
